Your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
